Treatment Types
We offer several approaches to ketamine therapy depending on each individual’s goals, medical history, and treatment plan.
Intranasal/spravato
Spravato (esketamine) is an FDA-approved, prescription nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression.
Oral (lozenge) ketamine
Oral (lozenge) ketamine is kept in the mouth and is absorbed through the tissues of the mouth. With lower absorption than IV or IM options, this is an option that is less invasive and can be easily combined with talk therapy. It can also provide a more gradual and paced experience, and is a great option for a first step into ketamine assisted therapy.
IV Ketamine Infusions
Intravenous (IV) ketamine allows for precise dosing and a carefully monitored experience. IV treatment is commonly used for depression, anxiety, chronic stress, and treatment-resistant conditions.
IM Ketamine Therapy
Intramuscular (IM) ketamine is administered through injection and offers a flexible, effective treatment option that can pair well with psychotherapy and integrative care.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
This approach combines ketamine treatment with therapeutic support before, during, and after the experience to encourage deeper emotional processing and integration.
Integrative & Wellness Support
Healing is rarely one-dimensional. Clients may choose to complement treatment with therapy, mindfulness practices, yoga, movement, nutrition support, and other wellness offerings available through our practitioner community.
Which is right for me?
