The Experience
-
The process begins with an introductory consultation where we learn more about your goals, history, and what brings you to treatment. This is an opportunity to ask questions, discuss concerns, and determine whether ketamine therapy may be an appropriate fit.
Our approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in creating a sense of safety from the very beginning.
-
Before treatment, clients complete a comprehensive medical and psychological evaluation with a licensed provider. This assessment helps us understand your health history, current symptoms, and any considerations that may impact treatment planning.
Your care team will review treatment options, discuss recommendations, and answer any questions before moving forward.
-
Preparation is an important part of the therapeutic process. Prior to treatment, clients may meet with a therapist or guide to discuss intentions, emotional readiness, and what to expect during the experience.
We encourage approaching treatment with curiosity rather than pressure — allowing space for openness, reflection, and personal insight.
-
Treatment sessions take place in a calm, supportive environment designed to help clients feel comfortable and grounded.
Depending on your treatment plan, sessions may include IV ketamine, IM ketamine, or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Throughout the experience, clients are monitored by trained professionals who prioritize safety and compassionate care.
Sessions are intentionally unhurried, allowing time for rest, reflection, and recovery afterward.
-
Healing does not end when the session is over. Integration is the process of making meaning from the experience and translating insights into daily life.
Clients may choose to continue working with therapists, wellness practitioners, or other members of the Martin Sanctuary community to support ongoing healing and personal growth.
Our goal is to provide care that feels sustainable, connected, and deeply human.
